Delete Data

Thank you for having used the Haven application . In order to request deletion of your account, please fill out the form below and one of our administrators will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm your request. We will then delete your requested data.

Data that will be deleted includes:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Physical Address
• Any photographs or images you have updated to your user account.
